Nurse Manager - Full Time - South Ogden, Utah
Northern Utah Rehabilitation Hospital in South Ogden, Utah provides specialized inpatient rehabilitation for patients in Ogden, Weber County, and surrounding areas of northern Utah.
Our hospital is dedicated to guiding individuals through recovery from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic injuries, and other complex medical conditions that require intensive therapy.
We offer a full range of rehabilitative services – including advanced physical therapy, neurological rehabilitation, orthopedic rehab, and more – delivered by a compassionate team of therapists, nurses, and physicians.
Our hospital also features disease‑specific rehabilitation programs, including Joint Commission Certified programs for Stroke and Parkinson’s Disease, as well as a comprehensive Amputation Program, designed to help patients achieve optimal outcomes through specialized care and training.

Qualifications
Required Skills:
Current, valid, and active state Registered Nurse license in the state of employment required.
Current CPR certification required.
Two years relevant experience required.
Three years’ experience in a hospital nurse supervisory or management position preferred.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
Knowledge of and adherence to current nursing theory and practice, infection control, and wound care standards of practice.
Knowledge of accreditation standards to ensure adherence to all standards set forth by state and accrediting agencies of TJC and CMS.
Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
Demonstrates an understanding of treatment costs and financial support as they relate to quality and efficiency.
Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
Demonstrates critical thinking skills.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrates leadership skills with clinical and non‑clinical staff.
Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the staffing and administration of assigned unit. Supervises the caliber of treatment and care of the patients. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
