About the Role:
As an RBT with Open Doors ABA, you’ll work closely with children and their families, providing compassionate and effective behavior therapy. You’ll have the support of a skilled clinical team and structured supervision to help you succeed and grow in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
Track client progress and record accurate session notes
Engage with children in fun, educational activities to foster growth and learning
Schedule:
As applicable for clients
Qualifications:
RBT Certification
Passionate, dependable, and committed to positive client outcomes
