Job Description
The Data Engineering Specialist serves as the primary data liaison between the Learning Services Division and the Technology Department. This role is responsible for the full data lifecycle: extracting raw data from the SIS, warehousing it securely, visualizing it via interactive dashboards, and guiding decision-makers in using this data to make evidence-based decisions for student success. While reporting to Learning Services, this role operates in strict alignment with the district’s technology standards to ensure secure, reliable, and accurate data flow from the SIS to educational and administrative decision-makers.
Salary: To be determined by Board of Education
Terms of Employment: 8 hours/day, 12 months/year
