
Field Service Engineer – KSA Local

Looking for KSA locals to join our team!
Supports product lifecycle, development, and customer satisfaction for safety and automated pressure control systems at energy worksites. Works with internal teams and clients to deliver training, perform data analysis, lead root cause investigations (RCA), and support new product rollouts.
Role and Responsibilities
Data Management & Analysis:
Collect and analyze remote equipment data
Maintain database and develop algorithms
Recommend equipment improvements based on data insight
Serve as a technical resource for teams
Ensure compliance with engineering standards
Represent engineering to clients and vendors
Identify and lead service efficiency projects
Perform RCA and drive continuous improvement
Product Development:
Lead field trials and startup of new products
Train personnel and customers on new equipment
Quality Assurance:
Certify equipment and assess compliance
Conduct internal audits and recommend improvements
Qualifications:
B.S. in Engineering or related field with min. 3 years’ experience
Oil & Gas industry background preferred
Experience with hydraulics, automation, and industrial control systems
Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and documentation
Familiar with ISO, API/ASME standards, P&IDs, and SolidWorks
Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
Ability to work under pressure and in remote environments
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
