What You'll Do
Lead estimating and bidding efforts for sheet metal / HVAC projects
Perform detailed take-offs and cost analysis
Review drawings, specs, and contracts to define scope
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors
Attend job walks, pre-bid meetings, and scope reviews
Prepare proposals and scope letters
What You Bring
5+ years of sheet metal or HVAC estimating experience
Strong knowledge of mechanical construction bidding processes
Ability to read and interpret construction documents and contracts
Experience with Accubid, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar tools
Knowledge of local codes and regulations
Field experience is a plus

$90K $130K base + 1015% bonus
Hybrid schedule (4 days onsite / 1 day remote)
