Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders, following dealership and manufacturer standards
Use advanced diagnostic tools and testing equipment to troubleshoot and repair vehicles efficiently
Test-drive and inspect systems including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors about repair needs, timelines, and recommendations for additional work
Complete warranty repairs accurately and on time
Maintain an organized, safe, and professional workspace
Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience as an
Automotive Service Technician
(Ford experience highly preferred)
Ford or ASE Certifications
are a strong plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficient with diagnostic systems, repair software, and service documentation
Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting ability
Positive, team-oriented attitude with great communication skills
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right the first time
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
