Temporary Office Assistant

Sparks Group is partnering with a custom millwork for architectural interiors manufacturing to identify a Temporary Office Assistant to support both the Purchasing and Engineering departments. This role will play a key part in keeping the material library updated in their ERP system (Innergy) while also assisting with day-to-day engineering production needs.
Responsibilities

Purchasing Department Support
Review material requests submitted by Project Managers within the ERP system
Verify whether requested materials already exist in the Material Library
Research new materials online (size, weight, quantities, specifications, etc.) when not found in the system
Accurately enter new material data into the ERP (Innergy)
Engineering Department Support
Create and assemble work order packets
Print shop drawings using a plotter
Prepare and organize packets to ensure manufacturing work is ready for the next business day
Qualifications/Background Profile

Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy when handling data and documentation
Adaptable and able to learn new software quickly in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player who works well across multiple departments
Proactive with a problem-solving mindset
Goal-oriented, focused on results and continuous improvement
Strong technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
Prior ERP experience is not required

This job is In-Person. Pay Range: Hourly $21.00 to $23.00. We offer several comprehensive benefits package including health and life insurance, paid and unpaid time off, and retirement and savings plans to qualifying employees.
