Position Overview
The Inventory Control Clerk will be responsible for managing and maintaining inventory. This role is responsible for a combination of equipment operations (30-90% depending on production peak times) but will also require material handling and loading/unloading duties. You will perform cycle counts and inventory responsibilities in addition to assisting with quality control, shipping and receiving, general labor, material handling, and machine operation.
What You'll Do:
Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying all inbound and outbound orders.
Ensure that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system.
Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
Tracking incoming and outgoing stock, reconciling discrepancies, adjusting stock counts.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Organize and store items in the DC.
Follow OSHA safety regulations, housekeeping, quality and productivity standards.
Provide updates to the DC leadership team.
Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.
Support other general duties as needed.

Schedule options (Monday-Friday):
5:30 AM2:00 PM
7:00 AM3:30 PM
9:00 AM5:30 PM
Starting pay:
$21.00 per hour starting pay.
Skills We Are Seeking
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
A MINIMUM of 1 years' experience operating Order Picker, Reach Truck and Dock Stocker.
A MINIMUM of 6 months' experience in Inventory Control functions such as cycle counting, reporting inventory discrepancies, receiving inventory, and monitoring inventory levels.
A MINIMUM of 6 months' experience with a WMS (Warehouse Management System) or similar systems such as JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, SAP, etc.
Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred.
