Senior Project Manager – Transmission & Distribution (Data Center Projects)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex utility infrastructure projects, with a focus on supporting large-scale data center developments across the Western U.S. This is a travel-intensive role (75%+).

Key Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership and ownership of project outcomes across multiple or highly complex projects
Manage full project lifecycle including preconstruction, procurement, execution, and closeout
Lead project safety initiatives, promoting a strong, incident-free culture across all teams
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control to ensure profitability and performance
Manage subcontractor procurement, scope alignment, and contract execution
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, engineers, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery
Lead project meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communication at all levels
Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
Support and contribute to preconstruction efforts including estimating, bid development, and planning
Additional Responsibilities:
Drive execution of large-scale T&D and substation-related infrastructure projects
Lead and mentor project teams while ensuring alignment with business objectives
Negotiate change orders, manage financial performance, and support overall business planning
Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts

Requirements:
7–10+ years of project management experience within high-voltage transmission & distribution or utility construction
Strong background in managing complex infrastructure or EPC-style projects
Proven experience in budgeting, scheduling, and delivering projects profitably
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
