Chick-fil-A Brookfield Square and Pewaukee are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hospitality Administration Assistant to support our leadership team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role combines hospitality, operational support, and administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while upholding Chick-fil-A's standard of excellence in service.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a friendly, encouraging, and professional team player
Provide general administrative support, including managing invoices, emails, and office organization
Conduct baseline data analysis to recognize trends and report discrepancies
Organize and maintain important documents, databases, and vendor records
Assist in training new hires and serve as a role model for the team
Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Support team morale by helping to plan and lead team appreciation events
Participate as needed in day-to-day restaurant operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Qualifications & Requirements:
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve others
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace tools
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in food service or clerical/administrative work preferred
