This role requires someone who is responsible, solutions-oriented, and able to think outside the box while still maintaining structure, accuracy, and discretion. A polite, service-minded attitude is essential, as this person will help support the wellbeing of clients while also assisting leadership with operational and administrative priorities. A successful candidate will be highly organized, capable of managing details without losing sight of the bigger picture, and motivated to help a growing business improve its systems as it scales. If you are the kind of person who sees what needs to be done and does it, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering an excellent internal and external customer experience, this role could be an excellent fit.
