
DMAC Administrative Assistant II

Job Title
Job Summary: The employee is responsible for maintaining data entry and the TAG database for third-party vendors. This entails entry, editing, and troubleshooting of HTML code and graphics. The employee will assist the DMAC TAG/Training Coordinator in providing support to specialists and customers. Additionally, the employee will proofread texts and take part in the TAG review and approval process for items and passages. Occasionally, the employee will undertake other typical office duties to support the efficiency of the DMAC team.
Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED Prefer college hours or Associates Degree Preferably bilingual in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking), but not necessary
Experience
5 years of related experience Must be computer literate
Knowledge / Skills
Ability to build, develop, and inspire teams Task execution (result-oriented) Build and cultivate relationships Clear and effective communication Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Demonstrate proficiency in the use of computers and standard applications Graphics skills preferred
Major Responsibilities and Duties
1. Assist the DMAC TAG/Training Coordinator with data entry and maintenance of the TAG database for third-party vendors. 2. Enter, edit, and troubleshoot HTML code and graphics within the DMAC TAG software. 3. Participate in the item/passage approval process. 4. Periodically assist in relieving assigned professional staff of clerical work and/or minor administrative and business detail. 5. Occasionally screen incoming phone calls and emails and provide information and assistance to callers, independently when possible, and in a timely manner. 6. Convey courtesy and professionalism to coworkers and customers. 7. Maintain a neat and professional office appearance at all times. 8. Adhere to Region 7 policies. 9. Periodically assist with ESC reception duties 10. Regular and reliable attendance. 11. Other duties as assigned.
