Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team with a strong
business to business sales background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating
leads, meeting sales goals, assisting with brand growth while providing excellent customer

Key Responsibilities:
-Must be comfortable with cold walk in's and cold calling
-Must be comfortable with going to trade shows and networking events to raise brand awareness
-Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
-Assist with regular social media posts, email campaigns and client correspondence
-Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
-Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to prospective customers
-Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
-Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets
-Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty and upsell other services
Qualifications:
-Proven work experience as a commercial B2B Sales Representative in either commercial real
estate or janitorial and construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of technical sales and account management
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM and Microsoft Programs is a plus
- Experience in business to business sales for commercial properties, or related fields
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on building relationships
