Job Type: Part-time | In-Person
Schedule: Some Mornings, Evenings & Weekends availability preferred

Were looking for a professional, friendly, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist who thrives in a high-energy environment and knows how to make every member feel like family.
What Youll Do:
Be the first and last impression for members and guests
Greet everyone with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm
Handle check-ins, class sign-ups, membership questions, and retail sales
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and help direct inquiries
Keep the front desk area organized, stocked, and presentable
Assist with scheduling tours and supporting the sales & coaching teams
Uphold and communicate gym policies with confidence and kindness
Handle transactions for gear, supplements, sauna sessions, and more
Deliver top-tier customer service every day

Have basic computer proficiency (POS systems, scheduling, email)
