We're looking for a Business Development & Sales Agent who wants uncapped income, long-term upside, and a role that rewards quality over volume..
What You'll Do
* Identify and connect with vacation rental property owners
* Conduct discovery calls and sales presentations
* Educate owners on revenue optimization and property care
* Close management agreements
* Hand off signed properties to our operations team for onboarding
This is a consultative sales role , not high-pressure selling.
