* Solicit and evaluate subcontractor/vendor pricing
* Identify risks, site constraints, and regulatory requirements
* Prepare proposals, scopes, and clarifications
* Attend site walks and pre-bid meetings
* Lead handoff from estimating to project execution

Project Management & Execution

* Manage projects from contract award through final closeout
* Develop schedules, budgets, and execution plans
* Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and inspectors
* Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state regulations
* Oversee abatement activities (asbestos, lead, hazardous materials)
* Track job costs, productivity, and performance
* Handle RFIs, submittals, and change orders
* Maintain documentation (daily reports, manifests, air monitoring, etc.)
* Lead meetings with clients, engineers, and regulators
* Resolve field challenges and keep projects moving forward

What You Bring

* Experience in environmental demolition, abatement, or heavy civil construction
* Strong understanding of:
* * Asbestos & lead regulations
* Waste handling, transport, and disposal
* Demolition methods and sequencing

* Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and environmental reports
* Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders
* Proficiency with tools like Bluebeam, Excel, Procore, HCSS, MS Project

Bonus Points If You Have:

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
* 5+ years of combined estimating & project management experience
* Experience with Sage 100c or eTakeoff
* Asbestos Supervisor / Project Designer certification
* Lead or EPA environmental certifications
* Public sector or industrial project experience
* Hands-on field experience in demolition or abatement

Work Environment

* Mix of office + active jobsite work
* Local travel throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut
* Exposure to industrial environments and controlled hazardous materials operations

What You'll Get

* Competitive compensation (based on experience)
* Medical, dental, and vision insurance
* Retirement plan with company match
* Paid time off + holidays
* Ongoing training and professional development
* A team-oriented environment where your work truly matters

Why This Role?
