Answering incoming phone calls and taking customer orders accurately
Processing cash and card transactions efficiently
Preparing and making pizzas according to company standards
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Providing outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
Assisting with various in-store tasks as needed
Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally
Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Qualifications include:
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Multitasking ability to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with coworkers
Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
