Job Description Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Schedule/Hours:On-call shifts required Key Responsibilities:Provide dedicated assistance in the operating room, directly supporting the circulator and surgeon during surgical procedures.Ensure ongoing patient safety and maintain a strict sterile field at all times.Prepare, manage, and position instruments and supplies as required for compliance with all current State and Federal guidelines, as well as facility-specific policies surrounding surgical healthcare delivery.Effectively manage on-call duties as part of a dynamic perioperative team. Qualifications:Experience in Nursing—specialized ORT skills strongly preferred.Previous surgical assistance experience or OR environment familiarity a plus.Ability to comply with stringent health care regulations and safety standards.Effective communication and teamwork skills in fast-paced clinical settings.Current licensure/certification as required by state and facility standards.
