Fire Logistics Dispatcher
As a Fire Logistics Dispatcher your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Provides a wide range of fire dispatch, logistical and administrative support functions.
- Coordinates with other dispatch organizations on mobilization, reassignment, and demobilization of resources.
- Responds to resource requests from other dispatch offices.
- Operates and/or directs the operation of various dispatch telecommunication systems.
- Inputs data into a number of fire-related computer applications.
- Provides technical guidance, orientation, and training to other dispatchers.
