Role Description
This is mainly a remote, part-time position with the opportunity to grow in a leadership role in-person at our beautiful office in Manasquan, NJ. The Psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management for patients. The role involves treating individuals across a variety of age groups and mental health needs, including adolescents. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and utilization of advanced treatment options such as TMS, Spravato, and Genesite are essential. Training for TMS and Spravato can be done on the job. Strong patient communication and empathy are critical for delivering high-quality care in this role.

Qualifications

Expertise in Psychiatry, Psychiatric Care, and Mental Health

Experience in Adolescent Psychiatry and ability to address diverse patient needs

Strong foundation in Medicine with applicable licensure and credentials

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient engagement

Familiarity with TMS, Spravato, and other advanced treatment methodologies is a plus

MD or DO degree and board certification in Psychiatry

Flexibility to balance in-clinic and remote responsibilities

Commitment to maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in clinical practice

Medical malpractice will be provided by the office
