Position Remote Behavioral Health Therapist - LCSW or LPC
Licensure Active LCSW or LPC license in Texas
Pay Starting at $75,000 | Texas licensed clinicians eligible for $5k Sign-On Bonus
Schedule Monday–Friday, 8 am – 5 pm CST (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities Develop and monitor treatment plans
Provide therapy services and connect patients with essential community resources
Document patient services in electronic health records accurately and in real time
Use standardized assessment tools and exhibit strong diagnostic skills

Qualifications 2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Active LCSW or LPC license in Texas required
Proven therapy experience with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience; group therapy experience strongly preferred
Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours
Experience and willingness to treat patients across various age groups (ideally all ages; minimum 13+)
Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
