Purpose of Position The Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving growth by building strong relationships with prospective Owners and key influencers across the Louisiana / New Orleans market. This role is responsible for selling the NetJets portfolio while also supporting and deepening relationships with existing Owners to drive retention, renewals, and referral opportunities. Success in this role is measured by performance against a New Business quota, including the sale of NetJets Card products and fractional shares and leases to new Owners. Performance is also evaluated based on Existing Business results, including renewals, trades, and add-on flight hours.
This is a highly visible, relationship-driven role for a sales professional who thrives in a luxury environment, enjoys cultivating long-term partnerships, and is motivated by delivering exceptional, consultative experiences to a discerning client base.
Tasks and Responsibilities Develop and create new client relationships through process of prospecting, lead follow-up, interest development, closure and post-close handoff to an Account Executive and Owner Services Helps develop the NetJets brand through representation of product, programs, capabilities, and partnerships Establish, build, and expand relationships with existing and potential customers through regional activity with NetJets' affinity partnerships and personal network Retain and service long-term relationships with Owners in coordination with the Account Executives and Owner Services for that Owner Works with a Sales Consultant and/or independently to develop and maintain accurate prospect and Owner data through diligent use of Salesforce.com, IntelliJet2 and other systems Prompt and accurate completion of Sales reports requested by management including sales forecasts and territory business plans.
Education Bachelor's Certifications and Licenses Years of Experience 4-6 years of experience Core Competencies Adaptability Collaboration Strives for Positive Results Service-Oriented Curiosity Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs) Focuses on continuous self-improvement of and adherence to the Sales processes as defined by management Has an in-depth knowledge of the assigned territory and the full line of NetJets products and services as well as those of NetJets' competitors Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com (a plus). Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines and function as a member of a team Detail-oriented person.
