We are seeking a
Desktop Services PC Service Technician
for a
3-month contract assignment
in Wyomissing, PA. This is a hands-on, onsite role supporting daily desktop operations, PC deployments, workstation setups, and end-user support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Perform PC imaging/reimaging and new device setup
Install, configure, and transfer software
Provide deskside support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
Handle workstation moves, setups, and equipment deployments
Manage multiple ticket queues while meeting service expectations
Support users across campus with a mix of walking and desk-based work
Qualifications:
Experience with PC imaging/reimaging and desktop deployments
Strong troubleshooting and deskside support xywuqvp experience
Ability to multitask and manage tickets efficiently
Reliable, organized, and strong communication skills
Comfortable working onsite 5 days per week
Preferred Experience:
Intune, ServiceNow, Eracent, Footprints
