We're looking for a senior estimator who's been around long enough to know where the bodies are buried in a bid. You'll work directly with ownership in a lean, high-performing team — no layers, no bureaucracy.
· Prepare complete bid packages for commercial interior removal & demo, concrete, and site work from plan review through final submission
· Perform material takeoffs, labor and equipment pricing;
· Conduct site walks, take photos and notes, identify scope gaps, and build lasting client relationships
· Participate in pre-con and construction walks, estimator meetings, and job handoffs to field crews
· Maintain Job files and continuously update costs to keep bids accurate and respond to bid questions after submission
· Support field and office staff — we win work and run it together
What We're Looking For
Required:
· 3+ years estimating in construction or trades
· Strong reading of architectural, civil, and structural plans
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Estimating software
· Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
· Established GC relationships in Orange County or the LA basin
· Experience estimating interior removal, demolition, concrete or site work
· Bilingual English/Spanish
· OSHA 30 or equivalent

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to sit at desk for 8 hours/day, walk and inspect going construction sites, drive to and walk throughout potential job sites.
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at a time.
Estimator is expected to have and wear PPE for job walks & site visits, including steel toe work boots, reflective vest, hard hat, safety glasses, N95 masks and gloves, as needed.
LOCATION: Office position with about 30% in field. No remote/hybrid available. Company Description
