Shipping & Receiving Associate II
iNRCORE Group is a leading, vertically integrated provider of highly engineered, high-reliability, and high-performance passive electronic components. We serve mission critical data and power applications in the Defense, Aerospace & Avionics, Space, Smart Grid, Medical, AI/Data Center, and Hi Rel industrial markets.
We currently have an opening for Shipping & Receiving Associate II in our iNRCORE Facility, located in Bristol, PA. This role independently performs shipping and receiving activities and supports inventory accuracy and documentation.
Details of the Role
The Shipping & Receiving Associate works with limited supervision and assists with training, inventory activities, and resolution of shipping or receiving discrepancies.
Duties and Responsibilities
Independently prepare, package, and ship domestic and international orders
Receive materials, verify accuracy, and resolve discrepancies
Generate and review shipping documentation and carrier paperwork
Support inventory transactions and cycle counts
Assist with training Associate I or backup employees
Maintain compliance with shipping, safety, and quality standards
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
24 years of shipping and receiving experience
ERP and shipping system experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach regularly
Ability to work safely in shipping and production environments
