VisComm Products a JRA portfolio company, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and friendly Administrative / Office Manager to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership of administrative systems, thrives in a growing small-business environment, and takes initiative to keep operations running smoothly.
The right candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable with financial processes, and confident managing office operations independently. This role will support two locations over time.
Key Responsibilities
QuickBooks Online (QBO) transaction management
Accounts Receivable (AR) / Accounts Payable (AR/AP)
Invoicing and deposit management
Sales tax filing
Petty cash management
Order entry
Shipping coordination and label creation
Phone answering and customer support
Office supply management
General administrative and operational support
Qualifications
Required: QuickBooks Online experience
Strong understanding of AR/AP processes
Experience with invoicing and sales tax filing
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Friendly, professional communication style
Self-starter with initiative-taking attitude
High integrity and reliability
