Front Desk Agent / Guest Service Representative
Location: Hampton Inn I-75 Blue Ash-Cincinnati 4761 Creek Road 45242
Job Type: Full-Time and/or Part-Time positions available Flexible scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and various shifts (morning, evening, overnight as needed)

Position Summary: We are seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to serve as our Front Desk Agents. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional service while handling check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and daily hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude
Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel systems
Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations
Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively
Process payments, handle cash/credit transactions, and balance daily reports
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Promote hotel services, loyalty programs, and upsell opportunities when appropriate
Qualifications:
Previous hotel front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred (but not requiredwe provide training!)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency (experience with hotel PMS systems like OnQ, and PEP is a plus)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
