Job Title: Data Quality Temp
Location: Wilmington, MA 01887 (Onsite 5 days/week)
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Schedule: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM (some flexibility available)
Assignment Length: 3 months (extension/conversion potential TBD)
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality Temp to support high-volume data quality and administrative functions. This role focuses on reviewing, entering, and validating medical and financial documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and maintain medical benefits data with a high level of accuracy
Create and update contact and account records
Review and process high-volume data files efficiently
Open, scan, and input mailed medical allocation reports
Collaborate with team members on project-related tasks
Perform general administrative and data support duties
Project-Specific Responsibilities
Review annuity and settlement documentation
Perform basic calculations to validate payment and annuity amounts
Identify discrepancies or incorrect payment/annuity amounts
Extract relevant data from various document types
Learn and interpret settlement documents, CMS letters, annuities, and related records
Required Skills & Experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Basic math and reconciliation abilities
Strong reading comprehension skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently after training
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Interview Process
