We are seeking skilled and experienced Journeyman Electricians for a night shift commercial construction project in Oklahoma . The ideal candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, with a strong focus on conduit work, wire pulling, and ensuring compliance with all safety and electrical codes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pull wire and install electrical systems in commercial construction projects
* Install MC cable
* Install conduit (EMT, PVC, and rigid conduit)
* Perform demo and make-safe work as needed
* Perform Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
* Make up and terminate junction boxes
* Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings
* Ensure all work meets NEC (National Electrical Code) and local regulations
* Collaborate with other trades to complete projects on schedule
* Maintain a safe and organized work environment following OSHA guidelines
Qualifications:
* Valid Journeyman Electrician license/card (required)
* Must speak English
* Minimum 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
* Strong experience with conduit installation and MC cable
* Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams
* Knowledge of NEC and electrical safety standards
* Ability to pass background check
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with commercial demo and make-safe work
* Strong understanding of LOTO procedures
* Ability to make up junction boxes accurately
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work night shifts (Start Time: 9:00 PM)
* Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
Pay is based on experience. Competitive rates available for qualified Journeyman Electricians.
