Main Responsibilities
Develop and customize WordPress websites (themes, child themes, plugins).
Manage integrations with external APIs and third-party services.
Perform routine and extraordinary maintenance on existing websites.
Ensure high performance (speed optimization, technical SEO, security).
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, compatibility issues, and technical problems.
Implement layouts based on UX/UI mockups.
Keep the WordPress environment up to date (core, themes, plugins).
Ensure compliance with security best practices and coding standards.
Technical Requirements
At least 3–5 years of experience in WordPress development, with a solid understanding of its ecosystem and internal workings.
Experience in creating or customizing custom plugins and themes.
Experience building single-page applications (Vue/React) based on WordPress.
Experience developing Vue/React SPAs within a WordPress environment.
Knowledge of version control tools (e.g. Git).
Basic knowledge of SQL and MySQL database management.
Familiarity with deployment tools, staging, and development environments.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred
Experience with WordPress Full Site Editing (FSE).
