Responsibilities
Provide high-quality service by managing inbound inquiries from agents and policyholders in a fast-paced, omnichannel environment.
Accurately interpret policy coverage, verify renewal transactions, and provide troubleshooting for our proprietary agency software.
Clearly explain underwriting guidelines and billing practices to agents to ensure transparency and compliance.
Partner with internal Personal Lines teams to resolve complex billing or policy issues, ensuring a "one-call" resolution whenever possible.
What You'll Bring
Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in a customer service or professional office environment.
Previous experience in a call center or insurance-related environment.
High School Diploma or GED
What We Offer
Starting rate of $21.51/hour, with a conversion salary of $43,500 upon joining The Hanover team.
Comprehensive Training: 6–8 weeks of paid, instructor-led virtual training to ensure you are fully prepared for success.
A static 7.75-hour shift (38.75 hours/week) within a hybrid model out of our Worcester, MA or Howell, MI hubs.
