SIOP Analyst

Education Level4 Year Degree* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.* 2–5 years of experience in SIOP, demand planning, supply planning, or production planning, preferably in manufacturing.* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, scenario modeling).* Experience working cross‐functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Engineering.* Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.* Experience in commercial HVAC, engineered manufacturing, or building products.* Familiarity with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Anaplan, o9, or similar).* Understanding of make‐to‐order (MTO), engineer‐to‐order (ETO), and configure‐to‐order (CTO) environments.* Knowledge of SIOP / IBP best practices and financial integration.Detail‐oriented with the ability to see end‐to‐end impacts* Medical, vision, and dental plans* Short-term and long-term disability insurance* Group term life insurance coverage* HSA, FSA, and Dependent Care plans available* 8 paid holidays, 4 floating holidays, and generous PTO policy* 401k matching* Company paid events* Annual safety shoe allowance* Education assistance program
