Responsibilities
Develop and enhance high‑level Python platforms with a focus on Conda/Conda‑Forge environments
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large‑scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering
Review and analyze multifaceted, large‑scale, or long‑term software engineering challenges
Contribute to the resolution of complex situations by applying in‑depth evaluation of multiple factors
Collaborate strategically with client personnel to ensure platform engineering excellence
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, or education
Proven experience with open source contributions to Conda‑Forge, Pixi Package Manager, and developing GitHub Actions
Strong expertise in CI/CD automation, platform engineering, and DevSecOps practices
Experience establishing CI/CD patterns, IaC templates, and golden‑path repositories
Knowledge of DevOps, GitOps (EPLX), and DORA metrics with a focus on Conda Python
