Amazon Web Services is looking for Solutions Architects to help establish AWS Agentic WorkSpaces (formerly known as Amazon End User Computing) as the market leader in end user computing. We built AWS Agentic WorkSpaces services to give customers the agility to respond to the changing needs of their workforce. Customers can scale up or scale down on‑demand, providing users with the resources they need, all without deploying and operating infrastructure.

This is a highly technical position for someone who can dive deep, build complex, AWS‑optimized architectures, and help customers accelerate their adoption of AWS services. Your broad responsibilities include:

Key Job Responsibilities

Work with customers to deploy Amazon Agentic WorkSpaces - Personal, Applications and Core.

Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS, and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.

Conduct one‑to‑few and one‑to‑many training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers considering or already using AWS.

Capture and share best‑practice knowledge amongst the AWS solutions architect community.

Author or otherwise contribute to AWS customer‑facing publications such as whitepapers, blogs, and technical guides.

Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers to enable them to be cloud advocates.

Act as a technical liaison between customers, partners, service engineering teams and support.

Basic Qualifications

8+ years of Information Technology (IT) experience.

3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.

10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.

3+ years of experience designing and architecting workload migrations onto AWS.

Practical or pre‑sales experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) or cloud‑based Desktop‑as‑a‑Service (DaaS) solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience.

Experience working with end user or developer communities.

Experience and practical knowledge with VDI and DaaS solutions, preferably Amazon WorkSpaces, AppStream, Citrix or VMware/Omnissa Horizon.

Experience with designing and architecting workload migrations onto AWS.
