What You'll Be Doing
Leading customer‑facing technical engagements from discovery and solution architecture to demonstrations, evaluations, and defining success criteria
Architecting scalable, differentiated CAE and simulation data management solutions using the Synopsys Simulation & Analysis platform
Serving as a trusted advisor to key customer accounts, translating business initiatives into simulation‑driven Digital Engineering solutions
Leading assessment and consultancy projects that deliver measurable productivity and quality improvements for customers
Engaging directly with Directors, VPs, and senior stakeholders to define Digital Engineering strategies and roadmaps
Collaborating closely with product management and R&D to influence Synopsys product direction
Mentoring and developing application engineers, driving best practices, technical excellence, and knowledge sharing
Representing Synopsys externally through conference presentations, industry events, and thought leadership activities

What You'll Need
BS, MS, or PhD in Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
At least 10 years of professional experience in CAE, engineering software, or Digital Engineering environments
Deep expertise in simulation workflows, CAE platforms, and simulation data management (SPDM)
Proven track record architecting and deploying enterprise‑scale engineering solutions
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
Ability to work effectively across globally distributed teams
Willingness to travel up to approximately 25–50% as required
