As a Senior Identity Data Analyst, you will leverage advanced, cutting‑edge technologies to conduct comprehensive due diligence, perform in‑depth analytical reporting, and collaborate closely with customers, engineers, and operational personnel in a dynamic, time‑sensitive environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, organization, communication, and technical competencies.
Location and role:
This is a full‑time, onsite and in‑person position in Tampa, FL, requiring the individual to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within their domain. The position demands the ability to clearly and effectively communicate analytical findings and insights to internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, and senior leadership.
Successful candidates must have documented experience working within multidisciplinary operational, analytical, or intelligence teams, preferably within law enforcement, military, or federal government environments.
This role may require periodic travel up to two weeks at a time, several times a year, with total travel expected to remain below 25%.
Responsibilities
Conduct rigorous analysis of relevant data sources to investigate, interpret, and produce actionable intelligence.
Respond with agility to evolving priorities and requirements, effectively managing and prioritizing tasks to maximize efficiency.
Develop and deliver high‑impact, professional solutions tailored to the needs of the customer.
Apply a deep understanding of customer objectives, challenges, and risks to design and deliver optimal solutions.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders to support strategic planning and the development of future solutions.
Make empowered, timely well‑informed decisions based on available data, situational context, and customer requirements.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of both internal and external data sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance in all analyses.
Proactively support colleagues and leadership in strengthening relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive service solutions and positive business outcomes.
Develop and sustain strong customer relationships by advising on best practices, procedures, and methodologies to promote engagement and customer advocacy.
Deliver clear, concise, and timely communications aligned with business standards to key internal stakeholders and external customers.
Requirements
U.S. citizenship is required.
Active TS/SCI with CI poly is strongly preferred; candidates with an active TS will also be considered.
Military or defense contractor experience preferred but not required.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with strong analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.
A minimum of 5‑10 years’ experience supporting a military or government agency, either as a direct employee or as a contractor.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, professional experience and/or military service.
Proven ability to independently review, interpret, and comply with government contracts, regulations, and standard operating procedures.
Must have extensive knowledge of public records.
Strong understanding of personal, commercial, and/or governmental data sources and their applications.
Comprehensive knowledge of LexisNexis tools, platforms, and products.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies to support advanced analytical workflows and reporting.
Benefits
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $78,800 - $131,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
