The Senior Net Revenue Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and strategic value of financial data within the organization. This leadership-level position is responsible for driving precision in the monthly financial close process, delivering actionable insights through advanced data analysis, and supporting key financial reporting requirements. The analyst serves as a mentor and subject matter expert, guiding less experienced team members while collaborating cross-functionally with finance executives and other departments. With deep expertise in net revenue cycles, reimbursement structures, and financial systems—including Kodiak (Crowe)—this role is essential in shaping accounting methodologies, supporting regulatory compliance, and enabling data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities:
Serve as a preceptor, mentor, and primary resource for junior analysts and team members.
Lead critical components of the monthly financial close, ensuring data accuracy, preparing trend models, and investigating rate variances.
Prepare journal entries and perform reconciliations to support financial reporting integrity.
Analyze complex financial data to identify key trends and deliver strategic insights for leadership decision-making.
Contribute to the design and refinement of accounting reserve methodologies.
Develop and maintain schedules for external financial reporting, including audit support.
Investigate and interpret relationships across the revenue cycle and reimbursement sources to assess net revenue performance.
Generate Managed Care contract performance trending reports.
Collaborate with internal departments, including finance leadership, to support initiatives and system implementations.
Stay current on evolving government and commercial reimbursement policies and regulatory requirements.
Actively participate in the Crowe RCA user community to enhance system proficiency and knowledge sharing.
Support individual and team development through completion of mandatory training, continuing education, and competency assessments.

Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics (advanced degree preferred).
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
Minimum of
seven
(7) years of progressive experience in
Net Revenue
Revenue accounting
knowledge and experience
Demonstrated expertise in revenue accounting, including analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data and deliver meaningful observations.
In-depth knowledge of
net revenue
and
reimbursement structures
from
commercial
and
government payors
Experience
retrieving data
from various systems such as
Excel, Lawson, EPSI,
and
Crowe RCA
Mandatory experience with
Kodiak (Crowe)

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience with cross-departmental projects and financial system implementations is highly desirable.
