DevOps Software Engineer

We are seeking a DevOps Software Engineer with strong expertise in automation and testing frameworks. This role involves designing, developing, and supporting backend microservices while enhancing test automation capabilities to improve quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in modern DevOps environments, with a strong focus on automation, continuous integration, and scalable system design.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend microservices using modern frameworks
Build and deploy applications in containerized environments such as OpenShift
Enhance and optimize automation testing frameworks to improve quality and efficiency
Review and improve existing test cases and automation strategies
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment
Implement and support DevOps practices including CI/CD, configuration management, and monitoring
Work with data stores and messaging systems to support scalable applications
Apply modern approaches, including AI‑driven techniques, to improve testing and automation processes
Support change management and ensure smooth deployment of updates and enhancements
Required Qualifications
Strong experience in backend service development and DevOps practices
Hands‑on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture
Experience deploying and managing applications on OpenShift (OCP) or similar platforms
Experience working with databases such as MongoDB
Experience with messaging and streaming platforms such as Kafka
Strong expertise in automation testing frameworks and test case design
Experience improving and maintaining automated testing strategies
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps tools
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in payments or financial domain
Experience with AI‑driven or advanced automation techniques for testing
Strong understanding of change management processes in DevOps environments
