Growth Marketing Lead
to help accelerate pipeline, revenue, and brand awareness.
This is not a slow corporate marketing role. This is for someone who wants ownership, speed, and measurable impact.
What You’ll Own
Paid Growth & Demand Generation
Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant channels
Improve lead quality, CAC, CPL, and ROAS
Build retargeting and funnel strategies
Landing Pages & Conversion
Build or manage creation of landing pages that convert
Improve site conversion rates through testing
Create campaign-specific funnels and offers
Creative Performance Marketing
Develop ad angles, hooks, messaging, and testing plans
Create assets directly or brief internal creative team
Continuously iterate based on results
SEO + AI Search Growth
Build SEO strategy focused on commercial-intent keywords
Launch landing pages targeting high-value searches
Improve discoverability across AI search tools like OpenAI ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Perplexity AI
Email + SMS Lifecycle Marketing
Build nurture flows, reactivation campaigns, and retention systems
Improve lead follow-up and repeat purchase opportunities
Manage campaigns that drive measurable revenue
AI + Growth Systems
Research and implement AI tools to improve speed, efficiency, reporting, and experimentation
Build scalable marketing systems, not just one-off campaigns
What We’re Looking For
4+ years in growth marketing, demand gen, or performance marketing
Proven track record generating pipeline or revenue
Strong paid ads experience
Strong conversion / landing page instincts
Experience with email automation platforms
SEO knowledge focused on business outcomes
Comfortable using AI tools daily
High ownership mindset
Fast-moving and resourceful

B2B lead gen experience
Agency or xywuqvp service business experience
Design taste / creative instincts
Experience working with premium brands
