Talent Solutions and BD Specialist

As a Talent Solutions and BD Specialist, you will focus on sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent while acquiring new clients in the US for our talent solution services. Additionally, you will maintain relationships with existing clients and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Utilizing your headhunting expertise, you will engage passive candidates to ensure successful project outcomes and a strong fit for our organization. Responsibilities include: Possessing strong headhunting expertise, including sourcing passive candidates, along with in-depth knowledge of the full recruitment process. Experience in recruiting for talent solution and technology roles is highly advantageous. Developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to fulfill the organization's hiring needs and support its growth objectives. Utilizing your extensive experience in headhunting to identify proactively and engage with passive candidates in the industry, establishing and nurturing relationships for future opportunities. Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop job descriptions that attract top talent. Sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including online job portals, professional networks, social media platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with candidates and effectively communicate with internal stakeholders. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools. Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process and building strong relationships with external agencies and networks to enhance talent sourcing and recruitment effectiveness. Conducting thorough screening and assessment of candidates through resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews to ensure their qualifications match the job requirements and cultural fit. Coordinating and conducting comprehensive interviews with shortlisted candidates, including behavioral and competency-based interviews, technical assessments, and case studies when applicable. Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques to improve the talent acquisition process continuously and attract top-quality candidates. Utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidates pipelines, track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Identifying potential US clients through market research and competitor analysis, then contacting them via phone and email to introduce our talent solution services and generate interest by highlighting key benefits. Building and nurturing client relationships by understanding their needs and identifying upselling opportunities, while delivering tailored sales presentations that highlight the value of our talent solution services. Negotiating contracts for mutually beneficial terms, securing long-term partnerships, and collaborating with the delivery team to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. Scheduling meetings: Scheduling meetings with decision-makers within prospective client organizations. Arranging demos, presentations, and discussions to showcase our services and address client requirements.
