We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Journeyman-level Plumber with 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction.
The ideal candidate is experienced in underground plumbing, rough-in plumbing and finish plumbing. Takes pride in quality workmanship and teamwork.

Duties
* Install, repair, and maintain underground plumbing systems (sewer, water, gas as applicable) including pipes, fixtures, and appliances using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
* Perform rough-in plumbing for new construction and remodels.
* Complete finish plumbing, including setting fixtures, trim-out and final connections.
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation of plumbing systems in accordance with project plans.
* Ensure all work complies with local and state plumbing codes.
* Conduct system inspections to identify leaks, blockages, or malfunctions; troubleshoot issues using mechanical knowledge and diagnostic techniques
* Collaborate with inspectors and construction teams to coordinate plumbing work with carpentry, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and other trades on site.
* Use tools and equipment safely and properly. Lift heavy materials safely while adhering to safety protocols; perform remodeling or handyman tasks as needed for project completion
* Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections conducted to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
* Maintain a clean, safe and organized job site.
* Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of professional plumbing experience
* Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing systems materials and methods in commercial or residential settings
* Proven experience with Underground, Rough-In and Finish/Trim Plumbing
* Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment and welding techniques
* Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
* Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of HVAC systems and schematics is a plus
* Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces
* Basic math skills for measurements and calculations required during installations
* Prior experience on construction sites demonstrating familiarity with safety protocols and teamwork
* Own basic plumbing hand tools
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Handyman experience or remodeling background is advantageous for versatile project support
* Strong work ethic, punctuality and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Must be able to pass pre-employment drug testing and background check
