Cement Mason / Concrete Finisher

LK Advantage Property Solutions seeks a Cement Mason / Concrete Finisher in Beaufort County, SC (including Bluffton and Hilton Head Island). Duties include applying stucco and cement-based finishes to interior and exterior surfaces, including walls and ceilings. Prepare surfaces by cleaning and leveling. Mix stucco and cementitious materials to proper consistency. Apply base and finish coats using hand tools such as trowels, floats, and hawks. Smooth and finish surfaces to specified texture and thickness. Apply sealants as needed. Maintain tools and work area and follow safety procedures.
Requirements: No education required. Six (6) months of experience required. Must be able to use standard stucco and masonry hand tools.
Wage: $54,163 per year.
