Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor residents' health status and vital signs, reporting any changes to the attending physician.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Assist in the admission and discharge processes, ensuring smooth transitions for residents.
Document all care provided accurately and timely in residents' medical records.
Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families.
Adhere to all regulatory standards and facility policies to maintain quality care.
Qualifications
Current RN license in the state of Ohio.
Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a long-term care or similar setting.
Excellent clinical skills with a focus on compassionate and patient-centered care.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
