As a clinician owned organization, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Plainfield, NJ.
About the Role
We're looking for a dedicated BCBA to join our New Jersey team, you'll work in a hybrid setting, providing in-home services while also utilizing telehealth capabilities to support your ideal schedule and caseload. You'll have the flexibility to pick your hours and make your own schedule, working 10-20 hours per week.

Hybrid supporting home, virtual, and daycares/early learning centers
Operating Hours
Monday – Friday, after school hours, weekdays only (no weekends required)
Requirements
Minimum of a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or equivalent
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) in good standing
At least one year of experience providing BCBA supervision and training preferred
Experience creating behavior and skill programs while utilizing a data collection system application (preferably Catalyst)
