Overview
Paramount Pictures is looking for a Marketing Manager to help unlock the full potential of Paramount’s iconic film library across digital transactional platforms. Reporting to the Executive Director of Marketing, this role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and performance, bringing catalog titles to life for modern audiences in fresh and compelling ways.

Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll turn data and insights into smart, impactful marketing campaigns that drive revenue and deepen audience engagement. From identifying opportunities in the market to shaping how films show up across platforms, you’ll play a key role in evolving how Paramount’s library connects with fans around the world.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns for Paramount's film library across digital transactional platforms

Own campaign planning, product timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure initiatives are executed on time and within scope

Analyze market trends, audience insights, and competitive activity to support and inform business objectives

Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of library initiatives

Collaborate closely with the Coordinator to develop thoughtful creative briefs, clearly defining objectives, target audiences, and key messaging

Communicate assets, metadata, and campaign materials to third‑party partners with accuracy, clarity, and timeliness

Monitor, track, and report on competitive activity, industry trends, and sales performance, translating data into actionable insights that inform goals and strategy

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Film, or a related field

4+ years of experience in brand marketing or product management, ideally within digital entertainment

Proven success in managing marketing strategies and campaigns for feature film content

Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

High level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop

Additional Qualifications

Great communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills

Problem‑solving, self‑directed, and effective both autonomously and in team environments

Experience with marketing analytics and productivity tools (Tableau, Airtable, Slack) is a plus

Additional Information
Hiring Salary Range: $86,000.00 – 100,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
