We are looking for in‑person intern for the upcoming summer! Exciting opportunities await as we tackle in‑person, virtual, and hybrid events, and are eager for you to join our team and help us get there.
Responsibilities for Creative Design Intern may include:
Develop moodboards, visual references and presentation layouts that express creative event concepts in Sequence and/or client formats
Translate brand guidelines, event strategy, and cultural insights/trends into design ideas and elements that bring concepts to life
Support designers and producers by tracking feedback and organizing assets across deliverables
Assist with editing photos, creating custom mockups, and preparing presentation visuals
Assist with prepping, organizing, and handing off design files and deliverables for production and fabrication
Collaborate on internal Sequence design needs including social media graphics, presentation templates, and other promotional materials
Join us onsite at events for live assistance on projects!
Working knowledge of Adobe Suite especially Illustrator & Photoshop
Working knowledge of G‑Suite especially Slides and Sheets
Bonus: working knowledge of 3D design and rendering software, SketchUp & Enscape preferred
Please note:
The Creative team may have projects or events that extend into later hours, particularly during live events or proposal deadlines. We remain mindful of balancing schedules within a 40‑hour work week, and additional hours may be compensated if needed!
