Responsibilities
Execute boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews.
Perform boundary surveys independently or under mentorship.
Conduct all aspects of construction staking across multiple industries.
Produce 3D models and road corridors.
Qualifications
Professional Land Surveying License in the State of Missouri.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Five or more years of relevant experience preferred.
Proficient in operating Trimble survey equipment.
Ability to read and comprehend engineering plans and construction documents, correspondence, and memos.
Valid driver’s license with a driving record approved by our insurance provider.
Expected Salary Range: $27,000 - $38,000. The salary will be adjusted based on individual skills, experience, education, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. AA/EOE/M/W/Vet/Disability
