We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Nordic Knots team in Stockholm. We are searching for a commercially sharp and highly structured project leader with the ability to turn business priorities into clear execution across brand, marketing and ecommerce. You should be confident operating in a fast-moving, design-led environment where timing, coordination and quality of delivery matter deeply. The right person brings momentum, strong commercial judgement and a natural ability to create clarity, alignment and accountability across teams.
The Role
As Senior Project Manager, Commercial Execution, you will drive the planning, coordination and execution of cross‑functional commercial initiatives across brand, marketing and ecommerce. Acting as a bridge between business priorities, CEO priorities and execution, you will help ensure that launches, campaigns, site updates and other key initiatives are delivered with clarity, structure and follow‑through.
You will work across brand, creative, marketing, ecommerce, paid media, social and CRM, creating alignment around priorities, timelines and deliverables without taking over functional ownership.
The role also includes supporting selected CEO and business‑critical priorities through project management, presentations, material collection, research and analysis. As the CEO also serves as Chief Brand Officer, this role will work closely in support of priorities across brand, commercial planning and cross‑functional execution.
This role reports to the CEO.
Your Responsibilities
Drive the planning and execution of cross‑functional commercial initiatives across brand, marketing and ecommerce
Translate the commercial calendar into clear plans, timelines and deliverables across relevant teams
Lead launches, campaigns, site updates and other key initiatives from planning through execution
Create alignment, momentum and accountability across cross‑functional stakeholders
Manage dependencies, handovers and bottlenecks to improve delivery quality and reduce last‑minute issues
Support selected CEO and business‑critical priorities through presentations, material collection, research and analysis, with close involvement in priorities linked to the CEO’s role as Chief Brand Officer
Contribute to stronger workflows, clearer ways of working and more effective cross‑functional execution

You combine strategic understanding with operational sharpness and attention to detail
You communicate clearly, build trust quickly and create alignment across stakeholders
You are proactive, solution‑oriented and comfortable navigating a fast‑moving organisation
You have a strong understanding of how brand, marketing and ecommerce work together
Experience
Several years of experience in project management, commercial operations or a similar cross‑functional role
Experience driving execution across brand, marketing, ecommerce or related customer‑facing functions
Experience working in fast‑growing, international and multi‑market environments
Experience supporting senior leadership with presentations, research and analysis
Experience from a premium consumer brand, design‑led company or high‑growth direct‑to‑consumer business is meriting
Location
