The Legal Division of the Public Service Commission is seeking Staff Attorneys to perform legal work in the field of public utility regulation. The Staff Attorneys prepare legal memoranda and filings in cases pending before the Commission. Staff Attorneys provide interpretation of court opinions, statutes, regulations, administrative orders and advise on the proper legal remedy. Staff Attorneys represent the Staff position in administrative hearings and there are immediate opportunities for hearing experience. Perform related duties as required.
Any experience level considered.
Minimum qualifications: Graduation from a regionally accredited or American Bar Association accredited law school.
