Dykema’s nationally recognized Financial Services Litigation Team is seeking a Staff Attorney in Southeastern office. The position may be based in the firm’s Ann Arbor, Bloomfield Hills, or Detroit offices.
Responsibilities
2+ years of consumer financial services litigation experience, including mortgage-related litigation
Strong litigation skills (drafting pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, conducting discovery and depositions)
Significant case development and management experience
Working familiarity with both federal and state courts
Additional Details
This role follows a hybrid in-office schedule, though fully remote arrangements may be considered after onboarding for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and reliability
Requests for a reduced billable requirement may also be considered
Admission to the Michigan Bar is required
